Sandy Bay is a Family owned Resort. We hope you enjoy our website. Sandy Bay was the very first Resort to open on Haad Yao Beach. Haad Yao is a long U shaped beach. It's  brilliant white sand compliments the crystal clear waters of the region. Indeed, as far as you can wade into the water, you can always look down and see your feet. The Beach is constantly maintained, kept clean and free from any signs of the remnants of modern civilization.
 
Hadd Yao Beach is located on Koh Phangan, Thailand. (Koh means island) Getting to Sandy Bay Resort is very easy and directions and methods of travel are covered in the "How to get Here" page of the site.

Sandy Bay is designed with a Close bond to Nature in mind. Although offering ALL New Bungalows, Sandy Bay's Bungalows maintain the Natural Beauty and feel of this Tropical Island paradise without modernizing the Natural surroundings. Keeping Nature undisturbed and yet close at hand is our Goal. A great deal of attention went into making the ALL NEW Bungalows blend in with their Natural surroundings. You may choose from units directly on the Beach or you may wish to take in the Breathtaking views of the units ascending the Palm covered hillside. Indeed, if you wish to get away from the busy life for awhile, Sandy Bay can be your Natural Palace of Relaxation.
